Bu Gizlilik Politikası, CarScan mobil uygulamasının ("Uygulama") kişisel verilerinizi nasıl işlediğini açıklar. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu politikada belirtilen uygulamaları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
CarScan, Android platformunda sunulan bir araç tanımlama uygulamasıdır. Kullanıcılar sokaktaki araçların fotoğraflarını çekerek yapay zekâ destekli araç tanıma, Türkiye piyasası fiyat bilgisi ve teknik özellikler gibi bilgilere ulaşabilirler.
Araç tanımlama özelliğini kullandığınızda, çektiğiniz fotoğraf güvenli bir sunucu üzerinden Anthropic'in yapay zekâ API'sine iletilir.
Uygulamada sunulan Pro aboneliği Google Play üzerinden işlenir. Ödeme bilgileriniz (kredi kartı numarası, fatura adresi vb.) yalnızca Google tarafından işlenir; geliştirici bu bilgilere erişemez ve bu bilgileri depolamaz. Abonelik durumu yalnızca özellik erişimini belirlemek amacıyla kullanılır.
CarScan'de hesap oluşturma, kayıt veya giriş yapma zorunluluğu yoktur. Uygulama; ad, soyad, e-posta adresi, telefon numarası veya benzeri kişisel tanımlayıcı bilgiler toplamaz.
Uygulama konum verisi toplamaz ve talep etmez.
Uygulama üçüncü taraf analitik araçları veya reklam izleme sistemleri içermez.
Kişisel verileriniz aşağıdaki sınırlı durumlar dışında üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz:

CarScan, 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir. Uygulama, çocuklara ait kişisel veri topladığı durumlarda bu veriler derhal silinecektir. Böyle bir durumun farkındaysanız lütfen bizimle iletişime geçin.

This Privacy Policy explains how the CarScan mobile application ("App") handles your information. By using the App, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.
CarScan is a vehicle identification app available on Android. Users can photograph cars on the street to receive AI-powered vehicle identification, Turkish market pricing, and technical specifications.
When you use the vehicle identification feature, the photo you take is transmitted through a secure backend server to Anthropic's AI API for analysis.
The Pro subscription offered in the App is processed entirely through Google Play Billing. Your payment information is handled exclusively by Google — the developer has no access to and does not store this information. Subscription status is used solely to determine feature access.
CarScan does not require account creation, registration, or login. The App does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other personal identifiers.
The App does not collect or request location data.
The App does not include third-party analytics tools, advertising SDKs, or tracking systems.
Your information is not shared with third parties except in the following limited circumstances:

CarScan is not directed at children under the age of 13. The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided personal information, it will be promptly deleted. Please contact us if you believe this has occurred.

EU/EEA (GDPR): You have the rights above under the General Data Protection Regulation. As the App collects no personal identifiers, most rights can be exercised by clearing local app data.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via an in-app notice or app store listing update. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version.
